# Missing Emails from Everstrike: Troubleshooting Guide

> Missing Everstrike emails? Check your spam folder, the Gmail Promotions tab, and your registered email spelling — Everstrike addresses are case-sensitive.

If you are not receiving emails from Everstrike — such as verification emails, password resets, or trade confirmations — work through the checklist below before contacting support. Most missing email issues resolve with one of these steps.

## Checklist

* **Check your spam or junk folder.** Email providers sometimes misclassify transactional emails as spam. Look for messages from `support@everstrike.io` or `noreply@everstrike.io`.
* **Gmail users: check the Promotions tab.** Gmail's automatic tab sorting sometimes routes Everstrike emails to the **Promotions** tab rather than your primary inbox.
* **Verify your email address spelling.** Email addresses on Everstrike are **case-sensitive**. Make sure the address you are checking matches exactly how you spelled it when you signed up — including any uppercase letters.

  Wait at least **10 minutes** after triggering an email before assuming it is missing. Some email clients and providers have processing delays that can make emails appear late.
