# Restricted Jurisdictions and Territories on Everstrike

> The complete list of jurisdictions and territories where Everstrike services are unavailable, plus the sanctions policy governing platform access.

Everstrike does not provide services to residents — whether companies or individuals — of certain jurisdictions and territories. If you reside in or are a citizen of any of the locations listed below, you are not permitted to use Everstrike's platform or services. Attempting to circumvent these restrictions, including through the use of a VPN or other IP-masking technology, is prohibited under the [Terms of Service](/legal/terms-of-service).

  If you are a resident of a Restricted Territory, do not create an account or attempt to access Everstrike's services. Using a VPN or similar technology to bypass geographic restrictions is a violation of the Terms of Service and may result in permanent account termination and the forfeiture of any funds held on the platform.

## Restricted Jurisdictions

Everstrike does not provide services to residents of the following jurisdictions and territories:

* Afghanistan
* American Samoa
* Canada
* Crimea and Sevastopol
* Cuba
* Denmark
* Donetsk People's Republic
* Guam
* Iran
* Iraq
* Luhansk People's Republic
* North Korea
* Puerto Rico
* Syria
* Sudan
* The Republic of the Seychelles
* United States of America
* U.S. Virgin Islands

## Sanctions Policy

Everstrike complies with all sanctions issued by the United States and applicable international sanctions bodies. Everstrike does not plan to impose restrictions beyond those required by international sanctions, and will not freeze or hold client funds unless those clients are specifically named in applicable sanctions.
