The quickest way to report a problem with a deposit, withdrawal, position or strategy is Contact support inside the app (Account & Support → Contact support). Start it from the item you need help with, such as a deposit’s details, and the ticket is filled in with what we need to investigate.

The more context you provide upfront, the faster Everstrike Support can resolve your issue.
  • Include your Everstrike account email address and a clear description of the problem.
  • For transaction-related issues, include the transaction hash and the affected wallet address.
Never share your wallet recovery phrase, private keys, or account password with anyone, including Everstrike Support. Legitimate support staff will never ask for these details. Anyone requesting them is attempting to steal your funds.
