Everstrike supports five wallet operations that let you move funds in and out of the platform and convert between USDC and evUSD. Deposit and Withdraw transfer funds between your external wallet and Everstrike. Stake, Mint, and Redeem handle the conversion between USDC and evUSD — the stablecoin Everstrike uses as trading collateral across all markets. This guide covers each operation in order: deposit first, then stake, mint, and finally redeem when you are ready to exit.
This guide covers DEX mode only. Before starting, make sure you have completed account setup and wallet confirmation as described in Get Started Trading on Everstrike. You need:
  • A connected and confirmed wallet
  • Your wallet set to a supported network (Arbitrum One, Base, Ethereum, or Binance Smart Chain)
  • Enough native token in your wallet to cover gas fees
  • At least 0.2 USDC in your wallet to complete the deposit flow
Currently, only USDC deposits are supported.

Deposit USDC

Depositing is a two-step flow: first approve the spending cap, then submit the actual deposit transaction. Only approve the exact amount you intend to deposit — if you want to deposit 10 USDC, set the spending cap to 10 USDC.
1

Open the Portfolio Overview

Log in to Everstrike and navigate to the Portfolio view.Confirm that your wallet is connected and that the network shown matches a supported network.
2

Start the approval

Click Deposit next to USDC, then enter the amount you want to deposit. This opens the approval flow, which authorises the Everstrike smart contract to draw the specified amount from your wallet.
3

Confirm the spending cap

Your wallet shows a spending cap approval request. Review the amount carefully, then approve it.The spending cap permits the Everstrike smart contract to transfer up to that amount of USDC on your behalf. Set it to exactly the amount you are depositing — no more.
4

Wait for the approval transaction

Wait for the approval transaction to be confirmed on-chain. This usually takes a few seconds depending on network congestion. The Everstrike interface shows a pending indicator while the transaction mines.
5

Submit the deposit

Once the approval transaction confirms, click Deposit again.Enter the same amount you approved in the previous step. This second transaction is the actual deposit — it transfers the USDC into Everstrike.
6

Confirm the deposit transaction

Your wallet prompts you to confirm the deposit transaction. Review the details, then confirm.
7

Wait for the deposit transaction

Wait for the deposit transaction to be mined. The time varies by network.
8

Check your deposited balance

After the transaction confirms, your deposited USDC appears in the Deposited row next to USDC in the Portfolio Overview. It may take a few additional minutes to update because Everstrike waits for enough block confirmations before crediting the balance.

Withdraw USDC

Withdrawing is a single transaction that moves USDC from Everstrike back to your wallet.
1

Enter the withdrawal amount

In the Portfolio Overview, click Withdraw next to USDC.Enter the amount you want to withdraw to your wallet.
2

Confirm the transaction

Your wallet shows the withdrawal transaction. Review the details, then confirm it.
3

Wait for final confirmation

Wait for the transaction to be mined. Once confirmed, the USDC appears in your external wallet.

Stake USDC

Staking converts your deposited USDC into a staked balance that backs evUSD. You must stake before you can mint evUSD. When you later redeem evUSD, the corresponding USDC becomes unstaked — this can take up to 24 hours, though it is usually instant.
Why does Everstrike use evUSD instead of USDC directly? Everstrike uses a single collateral asset across the entire platform. This keeps the margining system simpler than portfolio margining and makes it easier to add more deposit assets over time. The trade-off is one extra conversion step before you can start trading.
1

Enter the amount to stake

Confirm that you have a deposited USDC balance in the Portfolio Overview.Click Stake next to USDC and enter the amount you want to stake.
2

Confirm the staking transaction

Your wallet prompts you to confirm the staking transaction. Review and confirm it.
3

Wait for confirmation

Wait for the staking transaction to be mined. The Everstrike interface shows a pending indicator while it processes.
4

Check that minting is available

Once staking completes, the Mint button becomes active next to evUSD in the Portfolio Overview. You are now ready to mint evUSD.

Mint evUSD

After staking USDC, mint evUSD to fund your trading balance. Minting happens off-chain and usually completes in 2 to 5 seconds. Everstrike covers the gas cost for minting.
1

Click Mint

In the Portfolio Overview, click Mint next to evUSD.Enter the amount of evUSD you want to mint. The maximum is determined by your staked USDC balance.
2

Confirm the mint request

Review the amount and confirm the minting request in the Everstrike interface. No wallet signature is required — Everstrike handles the on-chain operation and covers the gas fee.
3

Check your evUSD balance

Minting usually completes in 2 to 5 seconds. After it finishes, your evUSD balance updates in the Portfolio Overview. You can now use evUSD as collateral for spot, perpetual futures, and perpetual options positions.

Redeem evUSD

Use the Redeem operation to convert evUSD back to USDC when you want to withdraw from trading.
1

Click Redeem

In the Portfolio Overview, click Redeem next to evUSD.Enter the amount of evUSD you want to redeem.
2

Confirm the redemption

Review the redemption details. Note that a 0.1 USD fee applies to each redemption.Confirm the redemption request in the Everstrike interface.
3

Wait for the redemption to complete

Redemptions can take up to 24 hours, but are usually processed instantly.Once complete, your USDC balance updates in the Portfolio Overview. The USDC remains in Everstrike as a deposited balance — use the Withdraw operation to transfer it back to your external wallet.
If you want to exit your position immediately, you can also trade evUSD for USDC directly through one of Everstrike’s spot markets without going through the redemption queue.
