Your privacy is critically important to Everstrike. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Everstrike collects about you when you use the exchange, how that information is used, when it may be shared, and what choices you have. By visiting, accessing, or using any Everstrike website or service, you acknowledge that Everstrike uses your personal data as set out here.

Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Everstrike is an all-in-one vibetrading platform for crypto futures, options, and spot trading. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected when you:
  • Use any Everstrike website (everstrike.io, testnet.everstrike.io)
  • Use the Everstrike API
  • Communicate with Everstrike support
Throughout this policy, “Services” refers to Everstrike’s websites, products, and related services collectively.

Information We Collect

Everstrike collects information only when there is a reason to do so — to provide the services, communicate with you, or improve the platform.

Information You Provide

When you sign up, Everstrike asks for an email address, a nickname, and your country. This information is required to set up and operate your account.
When signing up, you may optionally provide your Google account email by clicking “Sign up with Google.” Your Google email becomes the primary email for your Everstrike account. It is not shared with third parties and is stored until you delete your account.
When you contact Everstrike support or sign up for a newsletter, Everstrike stores a copy of your communications.
To comply with KYC, AML, and CTF regulations, Everstrike may collect a copy of your government-issued ID and proof of residence (such as a utility bill). Corporate users may also have corporate information verified through public company registers.

Information Collected Automatically

Everstrike collects standard web log data including browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers, language preference, referring site, date and time of access, operating system, and mobile network information.
Everstrike collects information about orders you place and trades you execute. This data is used to provide you with detailed overviews and statistics about your trading history.
Everstrike may determine the approximate location of your device from your IP address to understand the geographic distribution of platform usage.
Everstrike uses cookies to identify and track visitors, usage patterns, and access preferences. You can set your browser to reject cookies, but some site features may not function correctly without them.

How and Why We Use Information

Everstrike uses your information to:
  • Provide and maintain the services, including account management, order placement, and fund transfers
  • Develop and improve the services by adding features and improving usability
  • Monitor trends and understand how users interact with the platform
  • Measure the effectiveness of the user interface and understand retention and attrition
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, spam, and other illegal activity
  • Verify your identity for regulatory compliance
  • Communicate with you about your account, platform updates, and security matters
  • Personalize your experience and provide relevant content
If you are in the European Union, Everstrike processes your information on the following legal grounds:
  • Contractual necessity — to fulfill Everstrike’s commitments to you under the Terms of Service and to administer your account
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Vital interests — to protect your vital interests or those of another person
  • Legitimate interests — to provide and improve the services, safeguard the platform, communicate with you, and understand usage patterns

How We Share Information

Everstrike does not sell your private personal information. Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
  • Subsidiaries, employees, and independent contractors who need it to help provide or process the services, subject to the same privacy obligations
  • Third-party vendors who provide fraud prevention, email delivery, customer support, marketing, or analytics services
  • Legal and regulatory requirements — in response to a subpoena, court order, or regulatory request, or to report suspected illegal activity
  • Protection of rights and property — when disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect Everstrike’s property or rights, or the safety of users or the public
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where user information would transfer to the acquiring party under the same policy
  • With your consent — when you explicitly authorize sharing with a specific third party
  • Aggregated or de-identified data — information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you individually

How Long We Keep Information

Everstrike retains information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Web server logs, for example, are retained for approximately five years to maintain account security and investigate issues. After retention periods end, deleted content may remain in backups until those backups are purged. Information related to ongoing legal or financial claims may be retained for longer.

Security

All data submitted to Everstrike is transmitted over encrypted TLS connections. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Encryption keys are rotated frequently. Passwords are cryptographically hashed using Bcrypt with a cost factor of 12. All electronic communication between employees is PGP-encrypted. Only carefully vetted and authorized employees have access to personal data.
Everstrike will never ask you for your password, credit card number, bank account number, PIN, or similar sensitive financial information via email, text, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request from someone claiming to represent Everstrike, do not respond and contact Everstrike immediately.
To protect your account, enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your account security settings.

Your Choices

You have several options for controlling information about you:
  • Limit information you provide — if you have an account, you can choose not to submit messages in the support chat
  • Opt out of marketing communications — follow the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email, or contact Everstrike directly. You will still receive important account and legal notices
  • Reject cookies — configure your browser to remove or block cookies before using Everstrike’s websites, noting that some features may not function correctly
  • Close your account — contact Everstrike to request account closure. Everstrike may retain some information after closure as required by law or for legitimate business interests

Your Rights

If you are located in a country covered by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar data protection laws, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data
  • Object to Everstrike’s use and processing of your personal data
  • Request that Everstrike limit its use and processing of your personal data
  • Request portability of your personal data
You can exercise most of these rights through your account settings. For anything you cannot do through account settings, contact Everstrike support. EU individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with a government supervisory authority.

Transferring Information

Everstrike’s services are offered worldwide. Information about you may be used, stored, or accessed by individuals operating outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who work for Everstrike, group companies, or third-party data processors. Everstrike takes appropriate measures to ensure recipients protect your personal information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Privacy Policy Changes

Everstrike may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Check this page regularly for changes. When changes are made, Everstrike will update the revision date and may provide additional notice by posting a statement on the homepage or sending you an email or dashboard notification. Your continued use of the services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
