If you reside in or are a citizen of any of the locations listed below, you are not permitted to use Everstrike’s platform or services. Attempting to circumvent these restrictions, including through the use of a VPN or other IP-masking technology, is prohibited under the Terms of Service.
If you are a resident of a Restricted Territory, do not create an account or attempt to access Everstrike’s services. Using a VPN or similar technology to bypass geographic restrictions is a violation of the Terms of Service and may result in permanent account termination and the forfeiture of any funds held on the platform.

Sanctions Policy

Everstrike complies with all sanctions issued by the United States and applicable international sanctions bodies. Everstrike does not plan to impose restrictions beyond those required by international sanctions, and will not freeze or hold client funds unless those clients are specifically named in applicable sanctions.
