Fee Schedule
Maker and Taker Fees
Understanding the distinction between maker and taker orders helps you anticipate how fees apply as the fee structure evolves:- A maker order adds liquidity to the order book. It rests at a specified price and waits to be matched by another trader.
- A taker order matches available liquidity immediately. It executes against an existing order already sitting in the book.
Perpetual Options Fee Cap
Perpetual options trading fees are charged as a percentage of the underlier — the option contract’s underlying asset. Regardless of the fee rate applied, the fee can never exceed12.5% of the option’s Mark Price.
The 12.5% cap protects options traders from disproportionately large fees on deep in-the-money contracts or in low-liquidity conditions where the Mark Price is small relative to the underlier’s value.
