Before Everstrike credits your deposit, the deposit transaction must receive a minimum number of blockchain confirmations on its originating network. The required number varies by network and determines how long you should expect to wait between submitting a deposit and seeing your balance update.
Confirmations by Network
These time estimates are approximate and assume normal network conditions. During periods of high congestion, confirmation times may be longer. If your deposit has not appeared after the estimated time, wait a few additional minutes before contacting support.
