Before Everstrike credits your deposit, the deposit transaction must receive a minimum number of blockchain confirmations on its originating network. The required number varies by network and determines how long you should expect to wait between submitting a deposit and seeing your balance update.
Confirmations by Network
You don’t have to watch the clock. When a deposit is detected, Everstrike shows a live count of its confirmations and an estimate of the time left, worked out from the network’s block time. Hide it and the count keeps going in the corner of the screen.
These time estimates are approximate and assume normal network conditions. During periods of high congestion, confirmation times may be longer. If your deposit has not appeared after the estimated time, wait a few additional minutes before contacting support.
